Where did twinking go?

For the longest time twinks in WoW ruined low-level pvp :/

When they changed up the brackets it helped a lot so that the twinks were more often than not fighting other twinks. I don't really miss them in competitive games, but in strictly PvE scenarios they're fine.

Twinking was killed by careful testing and balancing.
Then again, it's been five years since I played an MMO.
