Where do you stand when it comes to glitches?

I'm talking about the types of glitches like getting a boss jammed into a door so you take no damage. Not something like duping.

Do you use glitches, if so what has been your favorite? Or do you consider them cheating?

I consider them cheating in Multiplayer. It's all fair game in Single, though.

Cheap tactics can be quite entertaining against the AI, too. Diablo II's Andariel, for instance.
Necromancer casts Iron Maiden (a percentage of damage the target deals is reflected) on Andariel. Necromancer surrounds Andariel with Bone Walls. Andariel kills herself attacking the bone walls.

Priceless.

In Multiplayer i never use them and I generally quit if my group is however, in single player I do occasionally use glitches and things if a particular boss or foe is annoying me to the point of smashing my keyboard against the wall. I think it has saved the life of more than one keyboard.

In multiplayer I normally leave if its a glitch that basically makes then invincible, but I'm OK if its just somewhere you aren't supposed to go (as long as they are still killable). Single player, alls fair, your aren't affecting anyone else.

Singleplayer, yeah there a good laugh for messing about with the A.I :D
Multiplayer, not so much >.> if I do it accidentally then fair enough, but I hate the guys that go into the walls etc and shoot you when you can't hit them >.>

You have to be very lucky to get a good glitch.

I think it depends on whether you try to immerse yourself in the game (and thus want to beat the boos properly) or whether you consider yourself to be running an obstacle course to prove you are better than the designer (in which case any mistakes the designer made you should exploit however you can).

And then there is Gunz: The Duel. It's an online multiplayer game in which you attack other people with guns, swords and knives.
There are glitches in the game that allow you to move really fast and climb walls mostly by cancelling animations. And now these glitches are a core part of gameplay. called things like K-Style. I think it's cool.

Glitching is of course a big no-no in multiplayer, but I must admit I have used glitches in single player mode. It's just so damn funny to have this huge, angry boss who growls and launches all kinds of spectacular attacks at you, while you stand in some spot where he can't hit you and just kill him with your pistol.
