Anyone know where i can get some cool gifs less than a 100kb. I cant find any and its driving me nuts

Also, why don't you try making your own? That way you can ensure that it comes in under 100 kb.

Publisher's Club Members are allowed 100x100 avatars up to 200KB.

I keep a very large directory full of the things... I've been collecting them from forum avatars, blogs, image sites and such for years now. There are repositories for such things, but I won't link 'em from here, as they usually contain a fair share of pornography.
Still, if you have an idea what you're looking for in a gif (a particular video game series, perhaps? Conker [http://www.fortunecity.com/roswell/minnetonka/572/conker_hungover.gif]?), try googling it with gif on the end and see what pops up.
