Which alignment do you prefer to play as (when given the choice)?

I've never left the Good spectrum, save for once when I played a True Neutral character.

I HATE playing an evil character, so I just don't. I don't have it in me.

Evil. Always. I just like the freedom to be able to lie and cheat and steal and murder without caring about the consequences or what people think of your actions. My first fallout 3 character was by far my most evil game character ever.

I'm a nice guy, but I don't answer to an authority. I kill the baddies and use the lootz to get better gear and help a few people, likely some of their victims.

Hells yeah, there is no reason the good guy can't make a profit or be a drone.

Well, I like to play as Chaotic Evil just for the fun of it but I usually end up playing as good (against my will). Games are usually made so that when you act like an asshole to someone (eg. "Let me in or the next thing going through your head will be my 32 caliber bullet") they refuse to give you what you want so I have to play as the good guy (eg. "I'll go do X for you if you help me") so that people will tell me what I want to know :/

Exactly. Amass teh lootz from crusading, while answering to no one but your own code.

I usually play as a Robin Hood type figure. Steal from the rich, give to the poor, kill the hooker, etc.

First play through usually depends on how I personally think I'd react, be it the best or not.
After that, then probably good and final run the eviliest bastard who ever had the grace to walk [insert planet here].

Wait a second theres a choice any game i play always slaps me with the evil tag and im not doing that much wrong i help loads a people and take whatever i need hardly evil well theres been a few times ive been bored and tried to kill as many npcs as possible but thats rare honest

It depends on the game. With Fable for instance it's much more fun to play evil/corrupt. Easier also btw. ;p

But with games like Fallout I like both sides. (Blowing up Megaton is awesome!)

And with games like Mass Effect I like to play more Paragon then Renegade.
