Personally I would recommend Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood,
though if it's boobs you want try Ikkitousen.
The story is interesting, exploring the consequences of characters knowing their own fate as they relive the 3 kingdoms era of chinese history in modern day japan against the backdrop of street fights between rival high schools. And the fight scenes in the later series are nothing short of awesome, producing some of the highest quality animation I've seen in a series. The characters are also very interesting and do a lot to stay away from cliche roles. And of course the fanservice; at first they seemed to cram it in everywhere they could but after the first series it becomes more of a bonus to the spicy fight scenes, aside from the occasional high kick revealing the characters underwear to the world or shower scene.
The fist series is pretty arse in terms of animation but it's worth sticking with the series purely for the sequels series Dragon Destiny and the currently two series which proceed that.
Only the first and second series (dragon destiny) have been dubbed so far, but I advise against them. While I usually go with the dub of shows, purely to make it easier to follow whats on screen, the Ikkitousen dub is just bad. The voices seem to fit the characters but they sound like a nervous child reading an essay before their entire school in their underwear, and the essay is written on the back of a napkin. Judge for yourself by listening to both versions, but personally I don't think there is any shame in putting some cultural distance between you and the story.
Here are some others I would recommend:
*Death Note - More story based and damn entertaining.
*Fairy Tale - It's good in a cheesy 90s kind of way.
*Soul Eater - A lot of fun to watch.
*Sekirei - Like Ikkitousen, but change the dilemas of fate plot for one guy not having sex with a collection of hotties who clearly want it as much as he does. Awesome fights though.
*Afro Samurai - YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANYTHING ELES LIKE IT!
*Full Metal Alchemist - Both the original, and the brotherhood series which follows the manga more closely. Awesome story and funny humour.
*Durarara! - A very interesting and complex plot, very character focused.
*Bleach and Naruto - They have their moments, but they tend to drag on for ages mostly because they are based on a manga still being written and keep having to resort to filler arcs. On the other hand, they are mainstream for a reason so judge for yourself.
*Azumanga Daioh - Very comedy focused slice of life show.
