Probably Assassin's Creed. Some voices of random civilians just had voices that were convincing, but badly recorded.
Agreed!
Also Two Worlds
On another note the voice acting in halo wars is really good in my opinion

despite chaos wars, i still have to say Oblivion, just because that everything else in that game is so awesome, imagine 120 hours of gameplay, 300+ speaking characters and 6 voice actors.
WHAT were they thinking???

The dark brotherhood, shivering isles and knights of the nine quest arcs is some of the best ¨
questlines in a roleplaying game ever!

but the vioces... and the wierd faces... (*shudder in discoust*)

Either S.T.A.L.K.E.R constant repetitve voice actor(s) or the house of the dead series and the original resident evil. I'm sorry but they can't voice act, although all of the resident evil series has had undeniably hilarious dialogue

Any Dynasty Warriors game.
I was about to say this as I'm currently playing DW4 Hyper, but if that Chaos Wars video is actual in-game, then that's definately the worst I've heard.

Ok there was a really bad PS1 game called Steel Reign (I think).
It had the WORST voice acting ever, I dont know if the cutscenes are up on
a video site, but it was so bad it was hilarious.
