Mass Effect hasn't gotten boring yet even after 18 play throughs
Ratchet and Clank, the ones before A Crack in Time, I don't know, the spaceship segments are just uninteresting and are way too long
I've sunk a hundred hours into League of Legends too, but hey its free
I have also had a ton of fun playing Mirror's Edge a few times, I wish there were more escape- like games, Mirror's Edge pulled off escape scenes very well
and Fallout 3...
ah Fallout 3, never gotten bored yet, 300+ hours or something ridiculous like that

The first game that comes into my head is Fallout 3.
I've long since lost track of how many hours I've put into that game and yet it still holds my attention even after exploring most of the world several times.

X-Com, JA2, and Civ V (especially now that hot-seat multi-player has been patched in). At least once a month I'll play one of these, I've been playing them since they were released. That is about 17 years for X-Com.

Resident Evil 4

I've replayed that game so many times, if I remeber correctly I can replay every line of dialogue in my head. jesus that game was awesome. Maybe I should go for a 14th run through ( Yea, I've counted)

I'll have to say Banjo Kazooie, Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, and Dragon Age II (I can understand why so many people hated the game by comparing it to the first, but to me it's one of the greatest games I've ever played).

No one said Final Fantasy Tactics???

fine, i'll say it: Final Fantasy Tactics.

also:
Resident Evil (original, till the remake came out, then the remake)
Metal Gear Solid 3
Super Metroid

all these games i've finished over 5 times each, and still have fun replaying them from time to time

OFF TOPIC: seriously, escapist?? SERIOUSLY???? the captcha ads have GOT TO GO. that is just.... horrible. i have to watch an ad to post in a forum... and type in some catch phrase from the ad. that is BEYOND obnoxious.

Tetris.

In all seriousness, Psychonauts. Every time I play that game again, I find something new. A new conversation or cut scene. It's hilarious.

A Hermit's Cave
Quite a few on my play-perpetually list including (but probably not limited to):

Deus Ex
KotOR
R:TW (plus mods, even better)
N:TW
AC2/B (for all I gripe about them, they're still very replayable games)
Sniper Elite (if only for the bullet following graphics)
CoD4 (for some reason, the campaign never gets old)

Harvest The Moon Back To Nature for the PS1. My god I loved the game. Seems to have gone missing though, I figure one of my siblings friends stole it.

Mass Effect 2: There's a whole lot of variety, every play through is minutely different, and it's a really enjoyable experience.

Halo series: The open environments and enemy AI make the halo games quite fun to play through again and again. Mostly though I enjoy the tank sequences, blowing everything to kingdom come with the Scorpian MBT never gets old.
