Since the Quarians aren't available (yet) I'll go with a Turian.

I'm gonna have to go Asari or Quarian; I think I love Liara and Tali too much.

I watched the leaked footage from today and I can tell you that Quarians are totally available for certain classes. Infiltrators and Engineers, if I remember correctly.

A biotic of some sort, probably an adept, and probably Asari, or if possible Quarian. I haven't ever heard of a Quarian biotic, and the ME wiki entry doesn't give any information about the matter, so chances are the option won't be there, but one can hope. Anyway, I've always been attracted to wizard/sorcerer type classes when it's possible to make a combat oriented build (one that's not totally useless late game anyway), and ME biotics are more useful in combat than they really get credit for.

As for adept vs vanguard, I like to have more options available when possible, so even though a vanguard might be more useful for a combat oriented build, I'm going for an adept anyway (this is also why the evoker I'm playing in the D&D Pathfinder campaign I'm in is a wizard instead of a sorcerer).

I also quite like the infiltrator class, so likely I'll be playing either a Salarian or Turian infiltrator as well. Both are pretty badass, so it's a toss-up. Probably leaning towards a Turian. Gotta love them.

I generally like playing as a vanguard but I think I want to be a Quarian sentinel so I can pretend to be as awesome as Tali. Otherwise an Asari vanguard since that is just how I like to roll

Unfortunately since Quarians are unavailable as a race you can play as, either due to the fact that they would be ill-suited to intense, drawn-out combat, the fact that their race ability would be hard to peg down, or maybe even lack of customization, I'll settle for Salarian or Turian.

Humans are not only boring, but absolutely bland. I AM a human, why would I want to play as one in a game where the aliens are not only cooler, but varied?

However, if Bioware makes it so Quarians are available in the retail version of Mass Effect 3, you'd better believe that I'm playing as a female Quarian Infiltrator.
