OK, so my sister has a prblem. She needs to know from which game this monster is and she's asked for my help. It's really about the glyph in the upper-left corner. Can anyone help out? Here's the image:

Come on, guys. We're a community of gamers. You're telling me that there's not one surfer out there, willing to tackle this big wave? It's obviously a AAA game set in modern/post-apocalypse times with mythic elements like glowing monsters. Nothing rings a bell with anyone, 'cause I got nothin'.

I've got no friggin clue. Never seen it. Neither has Google, by the way - I tried a reverse image search, which came with nothing. Weird glowing eyes, zombie-like, mountineer? Doesn't sound like a game I've herd of.

OK, thanks guys. It's too late to help my sister, but at least I now know what it is. I figured it might be Dead Space, but then I've never played those games, so I couldn't be sure. At least now I can find a translation tool to decipher the glyphs. (It's kind of a mini-ARG.)

Looks like one of the new necromorph types from Dead Space 3. Also, looks like a rip-off of some enemy from the Resident Evil games, right? Never played any of the RE games, but I'm pretty sure that there are monsters in those games that look like more or less normal people until you shoot them.
