You do notice it. Ive looked at the same game on the same TV with different consoles and the PS4 just looked better.Gorfias said:Do you have links to lists of these exclusives? Off the top of my head, I think PS4 has Infamous, Blood Borne and Uncharted coming to XB1s Sunset Overdrive, Forza series, Halo, Gears is coming.Arnoxthe1 said:Sony's got the hardware and better exclusives for now... But Microsoft's got the software. Also, the Xbox One is built like an effing tank this time around. Seriously.
Also XB1 is less powerful in terms of graphics but unless you have the 2 systems running side by side, I don't know you'd notice it. But XB1 has the Kinnect (I don't own or want one but it is there) 5 Ghz wireless, external USB 3.0 hard drive, controllers with replaceable batteries. Some impressive stuff that really does make a difference.
I have the latest Batman game and when you watch youtube, Xb1 cannot keep up with PS4. I have it loaded to a USb 3.0 and, it is fine. PS4 may be better, but nothing, for me, worth mentioning.FoolKiller said:You do notice it. Also, what is this with the response that the storage wins on for having 468GB more than Wii U. Any one whose used a Xbox knows you only get 362GB to use out of the box. The PS4 gives you over 400GB.
That and the fact that its the only console that isn't just a PC which'll get all the Xbox / PS4 games anyway while being generally better. Wii U + PC is pretty much the best way to go right now.Johnny Novgorod said:So the only three reasons for getting a Wii U are party, loyalty and family appeal?
One can argue that they were last gen when they came outyourbeliefs said:Seriously, can we stop calling the PS4/Xbone "Next Gen" consoles? They've been out for nearly 2 years. They're not next gen anymore. They're current gen, and the PS3/360/Wii are last gen.
That presupposes that I care to play any of the games that are out on the Wii U, and that I don't prefer the simplicity of a console over a PC that requires more attention that I'm willing to give.gonenow3 said:That and the fact that its the only console that isn't just a PC which'll get all the Xbox / PS4 games anyway while being generally better. What games do you have on the Wii U? My younger brother got one a year ago and he still only has 2 games on it, the only one he even touches anymore is Super Smash Bros U. New suggestions would certainly be welcomeCaitSeith said:The Wii U. Because 90% of everything that comes to the PS4 and XB1 also comes to the PC. Also this. Next gen is the literal next generation of consoles.yourbeliefs said:Seriously, can we stop calling the PS4/Xbone "Next Gen" consoles? They've been out for nearly 2 years. They're not next gen anymore. They're current gen, and the PS3/360/Wii are last gen.

I know people often don't count Japanese games as being real games/exclusives for some odd reason but I think it's time they should be. If we include JRPG's and Japanese games, the PS4 absolutely, and utterly, destroys exclusivity over the xbone; I also only mean actual localised releases, and not imports too.
Disregarding them because you simply have no interest in playing them (I'm not saying you don't, or having a go at you btw <3) is like not counting Halo as an exclusive because I have no interest in playing it.
Tales of Zestiria, Dragon Quest Heroes, Nier 2, Star Ocean, FF7 remake, Sword art online: lost song, the last guardian, digimon story, world of final fantasy, Arslan, Hyperdimension neptunia Victory 2, Saint Seiya, earth defence force, Disgaea 5, Persona 5, project setsuna are the ones I can remember off the top of my head that are coming.
And that doesn't include the long list that has already seen release, toukiden, akiba's trip, nobunaga's Ambition, natural doctrine, Onechanbara, deception IV, omega quintet, bloodborne, jstars, etc
On topic: I was ready to read the article and then come in here lamenting the fact there was no mention of the JRPG gamer, but was pleasantly surprised we got good mentions. While I own all 3 consoles at this point in time (and will even be trading in my regular xbox one to get the halo limited edition console even though I have no interest in halo because I have a limited edition console fetish), I know which console I'd choose to get rid of if I had to: the xbox one - simply because the PS4 and Wii U have more games that I want to play.
Let's see: ZombiU, Nintendo Land, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, LoZ: Wind Waker HD, Mass Effect 3, Bayonetta 1 & 2, Hyrule Warriors, Wii Fit U (don't ask), Super Metroid, Yoshi (the NES puzzle game), some demos and all my Wii library. I would get more, but my gamepad is malfunctioning. Fortunately most of these games can be played with the Wii U Pro Controller. The Almighty Aardvark said:What games do you have on the Wii U? Here's a quick list of games I personally like on the WiiU:The Almighty Aardvark said:What games do you have on the Wii U? Will the Japanese games be published in the USA? Playable in the USA (any region locking? Thanks.Whatislove said:I know people often don't count Japanese games as being real games/exclusives for some odd reason but I think it's time they should be.
Ouch. That would be very tough for me as, again, I love Halo. Forza is my favorite non Burnout style racing sim. No way I'd give up on the PS4: Uncharted coming. And the Wii U is unique among the 3. Lose it and I've lost a lot.I know which console I'd choose to get rid of if I had to: the xbox one - simply because the PS4 and Wii U have more games that I want to play.
Yeap ^.^ all the games listed are/will be localised, in english, and buyable in the USA/EU. If I counted imported Japanese games (in Japanese) the list would be 20 times longer haha.Gorfias said:Will the Japanese games be published in the USA? Playable in the USA (any region locking? Cool, I will keep my eyes open for them. Thanks!Whatislove said:Yeap ^.^ all the games listed are/will be localised, in english, and buyable in the USA/EU. They aren't for everyone, most people consider JRPG it's own separate genre, but any RPG lover should feel right at home with many of them.Gorfias said:Cool, I will keep my eyes open for them.
