Fable III
No, stop before it is too late! You'll like it at first, until you realise you can't die, the enemies are way too easy, and the sidequests suck.

Sorry for going off topic a bit but Fable 3 really dissapointed me :(

OT: Terraria, since its the only thing my PC can really run, i'm an Xbox gamer :D
Only just beat Eye of Cthulu and i've owned the game since release :p

APB: Reloaded is my current online game. It?s decent even if it lags and crashes occasionally on my computer because it takes allot of ram to run and my computer is only 32 bit.
Offline I?m repaying dragon age: origins. I need a new game. Considering metro 2033 which is $38 NZD on steam right now but I hear it?s quite buggy and flawed so I might wait for a sale. If anyone here has played how much would you say it?s worth?

Dawn of War: Soulstorm, DNF Demo (hilarious), Minecraft, WoW, SC2, Company of Heroes, Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, Need for Speed: Most Wanted,Postal 2: Share the Pain and Diablo 1...

all on PC :) alot of them are old.. because every now and again i go back to the old games and get nostalgic and good laughs and playing something that still fucking works... unlike some games today. :)

The Witcher 2. Loving it.

I'm trying to play Baldur's Gate for the first time. Not really going so well. I know nothing about D&D.
Don't bother with Baldur's Gate 1. It's confusing and not very rewarding even for D&D players.

That, and the whole story is a fairly insignificant intro to the more important events to come.

Skip right to BG2: Shadows of Amn. By the time you leave the intro dungeon, you should have a fair grasp on the game.

If you're not sure what to get in what stat, well, BG2 is one of those games that you might consider reading an FAQ for. I promise you it's worth playing though.
Thanks for the tip. I think I'll follow your advice, actually. At some point, you have to say, "Well this just isn't for me". Know of any particularly good FAQs for BG2? I generally like to be an archer in RPGs (and generally have a disdain for magic).

Well I just beat Witcher 2 and am holding off on playing it again until Steam gets the 1.2 patch. I would be playing Deus Ex and Shadow of Chernobyl right now but they decided to start eating my saves which really sucks because I was just getting into Deus Ex and enjoying it and had just gotten to the second zone in SoC. So I'm just gonna screw around in Splinter Cell Conviction's Hunter mode for awhile.

Sid Meier's Pirates! playthrough the other day. Now half way through Splinter Cell: Chaos theory, got it for 4 euros at Steam.

Witcher 2, one of the best games I've played for ages, despite a few flaws (a lot of which they've ironed out in the first 2 patches) Also flitting back onto my mates Minecraft server every so often.

Recently I've been replaying Magicka. A fantastic little hack and slash (and Magic) game with a great sense of humour. Cheap too.

Reactivated WoW account to have a look at the new shizzle... so far I'm enjoying it (got a really nice guild) so I've been on it quite a lot. Apart from that, been replaying the original Bioshock a little and also doing some of the achievements on Portal 2.

I'm just starting up Half Life 2 again, and I'll start doing an LP of Fallout 3 sometime.

My time is always spent wasting away at either Garry's Mod, Bioshock or L4D. Sometimes some TF2 or other games will work their way in there, but otherwise it's always the first three.

Disclaimer: I've been playing a lot of different stuff lately because I'm out of work due to a medical problem. I just had surgery and a month of recovery ahead of me, so I have shitloads of free time. I was also on some meds that were making me depressed, so I'm trying to reevaluate some games now that I'm not on the same meds and I can actually find things entertaining again.

Gothic 3 Forsaken Gods Enhanced Edition: I hated it at first, but once I got a feel for it I started to enjoy it. The voice acting, dialogue, and most of the quests are awful, but something about the game makes it just fun to play and explore.

Brink: I played it for about 5 hours and the lag in multiplayer was awful. The single player "campaign" is pretty lame too. I can see the multiplayer being fun if the lag is fixed (it may be by now, haven't played it in a couple of weeks). I'll probably try it again later.

Witcher 2: Started it when I was on a lot of painkillers (which might be why I didn't like Gothic 3 and Brink at first) that were making it really hard to focus and also kind of depressed me. I got a different type and just had surgery yesterday, so I'm in a much better mood now and I'll probably start it up after I finish Gothic 3.

Mount and Blade Warband: I've been playing the hell out of this game for a couple of months now. The mods are plentiful and enjoyable, the combat, while simple, keeps me coming back for more. I'm also working on the last couple of steam achievements I need. I haven't played the multiplayer much, but I'm thinking about it.

Fallout 3: Never finished it when it first came out, not sure why I didn't because I enjoyed it. Trying to just finish the main quest line and then play New Vegas because I'm sure they fixed all of the early problems they had.

Just finished FO New Vegas today, great game! I started on FO3 two weeks ago, but left it while I finished up my business in the Mojave dessert. FO3 is said to have a better story, but I really miss the Hardcore mode! It gave the game that extra edge in regard to spacial presence (or rather, immersion I guess).
