Anime is too easily associated with creeps who live in basements their whole lives and masturbate to loli as a means of curbing their pedophilic urges.

Seriously? Around here it's more associated with teenage and twenty something girls who have an unhealthy fascination with Japan in general and anime in particular, as well as the occasional guy with one or both of the tendencies I just listed.

The other two may be kind of nerdy, but that one would just come off as creepy, which I doubt is what you want.

Yeah avoid posters with giant anime boobs, it's one thing to look like a nerd, you don't want to throw creepy and lonely on top because that is how you look when you have posters of giant boobs on your wall.

Bleach 1 is ok... though it is still Bleach. Just get some new better posters.

It's a couple of cartoon characters. It seems silly to put that up in your college dorm.

1: I can only put two up, because thats all there is room for. Two of my walls have things cutting right into the middle of them (desk, wardrobe), another would put it right next to the window (bad idea for posters in the winter), and the last wall can't be sued since you're not allowed to cover the smoke detectors, and they happen to be in a really awkward position in the middle of the wall on the door side of the room.

2: The last time someone came into my room was for the per-semester fire inspection. The last time a female was in my room was my first semester freshmen year, and that was to borrow a book for class. Other then myself, I'm not terribly worried about who is going to see them anymore.

I would have said that picking the Major was a no-brainer. Right up until I looked at the image in question. Hell, I'm not really in to anime but even I know who she is. But the boob-a-rama picture just screams "tragic wanker" to me and I don't know that is quite what you are hoping for. Find a better image and go for it.

First of the two Bleach posters is nice too. The other one, too monochromatic and busy.

That's a matter of opinion, I could say the same about half the stuff you might like.

OT: Definitely not the first one. It's only purpose is clearly to show off gigantic boobs.
If it was an interesting/cool picture it might have a chance, but as it is, it's only got one thing going for it.

I think I'm past the point of worrying about if people see giant breasts or not. Hell, these are three of my 20 or so backgrounds.
