I love that game.
In fact my vice would be Meyhem level 6 with unlimited satchel charges, rpgs, and assault rifle ammo.

Although would no negative side effects include loss of innocent life? I think I would feel bad if my antics killed the few polite and interesting people in my city. If it was like loony tunes, count me in.

Otherwise, heroin. From what I've seen (and I've seen probably about as much as one can without actually trying the crap) it only has negative side effects (uncontrollable lethargy, nausea, complete loss of sense) and I'm curious about what the hell can be so compelling about something that affects the body so badly.
