How many of you "fake-lie"/lie the truth/tell the truth while lying/lying about lying/whatever you want to call it, on a day-to-day basis? And what kind of "truthful lies" do you tell? Give some examples.

For example, I've personally confessed about half of my kinky sexual fantasies to my closest friends, but I pass them off as jokes. And they believe me. They know I'm weird, but they don't know just how much weird shit I'm actually into.

I also do this, me and my housemates have a lot of running jokes of how terrible we are... a few of them are true ;-)

Also, on this forum a lot of people seem to think my plans to conquer the Escapist are a running joke... oh how they'll regret that when they're the first on the ban purge list come early 2013.

OT: In all seriousness, I'm not really the confessing type. I'm CATHOLIC and I'm not the confessing type, because I don't feel guilty. Bwah hah hah!

Well my recent one was telling a customer that we no longer have any lights on sales but we still had a few however I had to put them upstair in the morning. I wasn't in the mood to get them out since they were at the bottom box which other heavy boxes were stack on it and even then I doubt the customer would of bought it anyway (the remaining lights we had were the unpopular ones).

I've done this with my love of My Little Pony. I've joked to my family about it every time we see an advertisement or something like that for it. Little do they know that I actually watch it.
