if you go to a party, you could do some stand up comedy and become the comedian Eddie Izzard. :)

Mad scientist with crazy steam punk goggles, blood covered lab coat, and a needle on the fingers thing like Scarecrow in Arkham Asylum. I take my Halloween seriously.

I want to dress up a some sort of Lovecraftian horror, but that would be ridiculously difficult. Maybe just Herbert West then. I already have a lab coat, I just need to slick my hair over and wear glasses instead of contacts, while possibly carrying around some animatronic rubber head and a syringe.

What person, animal, cosplay are you going to be this halloween? also, describe it a bit so I can get a feel for what it would look like. tell me what accessories your going to have like a plastic sword or scythe or fake piercings, stuff like that. I myself am going to be Minecraft Steve, the default skin, and i'm also going to try to get the foam pickaxe that ThinkGeek.com sells to add to the costume.
I plan to dress up myself. I do it all the time.

If I can find a suit, i'll be going as the tenth doctor. Already have a dress shirt, tie, white/maroon high top converse and a sonic screwdriver pen I got off amazon, as well as generally looking like David Tennant ( the hair and sideburns, as well as having a slightly pale complexion and being quite lanky). But chances are of finding a brown/ blue pinstripe suit in time are slim

I miss opportunities to dress up for Halloween, mine was one of the few places in Aus where it seemed people didn't go all "AMERICA RUINING OUR GREAT AUSSIE CULTURE BLAH BLAH BLAH" on Halloween, so the fact that I'm not a little kid anymore means my dress-up opportunities are now limited to theatre and sexy role-playing. Still, maybe I can get a few friends over for a night of horror flicks, help out with the giving out of treats to the trick-or-treaters.

But...uh, I was thinking of going as a stereotypical member of the fellowship of the sun (started watching True Blood on DVD a few weeks ago, it's great!) for next year's Supanova. That counts, right?

Right?

I think I'm going to make a Creeper costume. Partially because it shouldn't be too hard to make (if painstaking and long), and partially because I want to use it after Halloween. I want to sneak over to Minecraft-playing friends' houses and sneak up to their windows and go "sssssssss" to freak them out. That'd be awesome.

Seeing how I'm going to an anime convention around that time I'm gonna dress up as Naoto from P4. I also convinced my friends to go with me as Chie and Yosuke.
