I could never understand why people had such a massive hard on for the whipfist. I used it when killing/capturing helicopters or grabbing memory targets amidst the chaos, but not really in combat. In my opinion the muscle, claw and hammerfist were better, and a lot mroe fun, than the whippy. Blade was there just for power, but there wasn't much you could do with it aside from the powerful air attack.

There's just no contest.This guy is so powerful he can manipulate space and see into the future.
If you make him angry,he'll teleport to Mars and make a bitching giant glass clockwork machine.I'm sure if he's angry enough,he could teleport you into a star or something.
Also,he's invincible.period.No fine print "except for beheading or destroying every cell".
If you disrespect the Doc,he'll cockslap you with his mighty blue energy dong.

Alex Mercer is near indestructible. The only reason bullets and tanks can harm you in the game is for challenge and balance.
Yes Doctor Manhattan would be able to defeat him. He would vaporize him and every single cell he had.
But Doctor Manhattan is too overpowered to participate as anything other than a quest NPC that gives advice (Like in the movie)

Endgame Spawn, he can erase things from existence. If I remember the comic right, he erases the entire universe and recreates it without God/Satan in a nanosecond by thinking about it, I also think he can't be harmed by anything that isn't a heaven-forged weapon.
Hellsing's Alucard, he's practically unkillable, and can apparently will himself back from non-existence.
Those two together probably could kill anything/anyone.
Though Mercer is really just Venom/Carnage like most people have said, he's not really all powerful.
But really, something that exists, a quantum singularity, for everything/everyone who is a self proclaimed badass who's unkillable, in most cases, science will be ahead of them to tell them they're not.
