who didn't buy skyrim today

I didn't, and probably never will cause when I look at the gameplay videos from it, all I can think of is a Medieval Bioshock with trolls, dragons, and one very shouty man who should probably put on some more clothing in regards to where his location is. Oh sure it looks nice, but I can't help but think it's just another fantasy role-playing game except in the first person. It just doesn't do it for me. I mean I like dragons and fantasy rpgs as much as the next nerdy college student, but eh, I don't know. I guess what I'm saying is that from what I've seen (or from what was belligerently shoved into my face via adverts both here and on youtube) I know nothing about the story. All I know is that there's this angry shouty man running around the mountains killing mythical creatures. Oh and cat people. That's it. So yeah, not too impressed. But what really impressed me, was the trailer for "Dragon's Dogma".

Unfortunately, I didn't. I'm going to upgrade my graphics and ram before I get Skyrim. Still really hyped about it, which is why I don't want to be running it with some ridiculously high frame rate and low quality.

I haven't gotten it yet, because it came out five days before an important exam. Unfortunately, I haven't quite grasped the concept of 'don't have Skyrim yet therefore study like crazy' and am instead playing Dungeons of Dredmor and crying over the fact that the person who was getting me Skyrim for my birthday won't give it to me until my exam is over.

Yeah, that's right, Skyrim came out two days before my birthday. Feels good. Well, it would feel good, if I was allowed to have it now.

Hang on, not getting it till after the exam, playing other games to fill the gap.... You don't happen to be me do you? And are you doing some sort of maths exam?

Was hoping for info on the PC version, but from the stuff I had read so far the bugs don't seem to be any worse than Fallout 3, most of those were fixed by the modding community anyway. Seems like it might be worth getting, in a month or two.
