Paris Hilton

Does she even have a talent?
She's supposed to be one of those people who can do anything they want because they're hot. I think she missed the most important part of that sentence.

Much better question, who do you think deserves to be more famous than they are? If they are at all.
Bill Hicks. No doubt...
Oh yeah, the masta! He deserves it allright, if you don't know look it up.

David Hasselhoff didn't deserve it...

In my opinion, Madonna (I don't find her music any interesting or good.)

And a few thousand others.

I live in the UK, do you really want me to go through the entire list... Here's a sneak preview however

Katie Price "Jodan" - Wow, you have massive fake boobs,

Jade Goody - Ok you were on Big Brother, made an arse out of yourself, Was known to be the dumbest woman in Britain, Called some Indian Woman a popadom, and then died... Not to sound unsympathetic i'm sure her death was a great blow to friends and family, But front page of every newspaper for a fucking month? If a marine gets killed on duty he's lucky to get a picture

R.A Salvatore. He's got decent books. But people give him too much respect, seeing how he isn't the best bookwriter.

...Drizzt...
Very true. I've read many of his books, and most of them are ok. Plus in my opinion he's writing hasn't been as good as before lately (character's are shallower, too much fighting). So I think he's praised too much.

Speaking of authors, I'd add J.K. Rowling. She's not that good. But her books do draw the reader along, I'll give her that.

A thousand times yes. What a damned oxymoron that is. Gaming is for recreation. You'd never ever say Pro Recreation would you?
Do they deserve the fame? Hell no! Should there be such a thing as professional gamers? Why not. Everything else that is or has been done as a recreational activity is now a professional activity. Just turn on the TV and you're bound to find one in the form of some sport or another. What will be next though? Professional reading?

Megan Fox. In order to understand the mentality of such a...strong...figure I suggest you watch Miss South Carolina' incredibly deep answer to the question: "Why can't Americans locate the USA on the Map"

This has been stuck in my head since I first saw this thread, so here it is:

Russel Howard on Jade Goody "If you asked Jade Goody for the time, she would look at you blankly, point at a pony and say "Blue Tack"...", "...the more weight she looses the more famous she becomes and, ironicaly, the bigger waste of space she is..."

EPIC LOL XD

Paris Hilton, no doubt in my mind. All she's ever done to justify her own existence is embarass herself in increasingly ridiculous ways.

And as if that couldn't get any worse, guess what? Miss Hilton made a public statement not too long ago, and I quote, said, "Only ugly girls give blowjobs." Unquote.

The only flaw with this logic is the fact that, from what I've heard on the Interwebs, Miss Hilton's guilty of what she just declared to be a sin...if her so-called 'sex tape' is legitimate, that is.

On another note, there's also Bill O'Reilly, who is a a veritable event horizon of pure hypocrisy.

Twilight.
Ok this is seriously the stupidest form or anti-Twilight-ism there was ever been.

Are you at all aware of what a "person" is?
As I like to imagine myself as someone very much in favor of the whole 'anti-Twilight' thing, I'm offended too. 'Twilight' isn't a person, it's a series. The AUTHOR of that series is Stephanie Meyer.

Being an arse I find it hilarious that that kind of question is going to be asked to a beauty pageant etc. winner.

For the record, someone pointed that out on the first page and I corrected myself.

I did mean Stephanie Meyer.

Sarah Brightman, hands down. She's awfully well-known among the peple who like classical, opera, pop-opera, etc, but she's not known by anyone, practically, in the mainstream. Which is a shame, because they're missing out on one of the best singers of the recorded era.
