Christopher Walken in any movie where he's the antagonist.

I would say Mike Patton just due to the range of creepy that he can cover, it is rather jarring to know that a man with a voice so absolutely terrifying can actually be human.
Yes! Internet brownies!
I was just listening to the California album earlier. Retrovertigo always gives me the chills ever since seeing the fanmade music video.
The Retrovertigo video is back!?
It was deleted for a while.
Thank you so much for informing me about this in a roundabout way.

OT: Um..Steve Buscemi's..Breathing?

Herbert singing on Family Guy was pretty damn creepy.
If you're talking about him singing "Somewhere That's Green", that was simply beautiful :O

Also, on-topic...
I am SHODAN...

Pffft. Nobody matches the sheer range of Tim Curry! 1 [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=616PgQCUcp0] 2 [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8S91U829Ld8] 3 [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Enr4W6FsSpk]
Tim Curry was so good in It; you can tell he was just having a ball of a playing it. :)

I'm going to vote anything that comes out of Jack Nicholson's mouth. Although maybe that's just because it's Jack Nicholson's mouth it's coming out of. Man, that guy is creepy...

Anything by Vincent Price, the guy was a genius when it came to setting the scene, for those that don't know he did the voice over for the Thriller by Mr M.Jackson!

Sonofabitch that is creepy. I swear man, little girls should be kept well the hell away from the rest of humanity. We all know they are agents of the dark one. Merely vessels to be used like puppets for the great destroyer.
Lilith [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rboBagU1Er4].
Holy... CRAP. I'm glad it's morning, I have time to wash that out of my brain before I go to sleep.
They used to burn people like that at the stake! *scared*

C'thun or Yogg-saron from world of warcraft.
Thats a very Lovecraftian name!
Yeah, Blizz loves to make references to other fantasy series. It saves them from having to be creative.

My money's on Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal or Jack Nicholson as anything. If Christopher Lee were ever to play a creepy part, his voice is unsettlingly deep and powerful too.

I'd be remiss not to mention Kurt Cobain's performance of "Where Did You Sleep Last Night" from Nirvana's MTV Unplugged show. The last couple minutes of the song get progressively more intense, and it builds... and it builds... and it builds... and at the end, his voice breaks into this sort of shriek that gives me chills every time I hear it. It's unbelievably intense.

I wouldn't class Yogg as creepy, he yells far too much for that. He's still awesome.

Have any of you noticed when you kill a poison crab zombie in Half-Life 2 they sometimes let out a laugh? Sends shivers down my spine like finger nails on a chalkboard for some reason.

SHODAN. Walking through those dark corridors, ever-alert for something to jump out at me, I was already on edge. SHODAN's little announcements were the reason I didn't consume liquids for several hours prior to playing System Shock.
This all the way shodan was absolutley terrifying and haunting
