I would say Mike Patton just due to the range of creepy that he can cover, it is rather jarring to know that a man with a voice so absolutely terrifying can actually be human.

Yeah, Blizz loves to make references to other fantasy series. It saves them from having to be creative.

My money's on Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal or Jack Nicholson as anything. If Christopher Lee were ever to play a creepy part, his voice is unsettlingly deep and powerful too.

I'd be remiss not to mention Kurt Cobain's performance of "Where Did You Sleep Last Night" from Nirvana's MTV Unplugged show. The last couple minutes of the song get progressively more intense, and it builds... and it builds... and it builds... and at the end, his voice breaks into this sort of shriek that gives me chills every time I hear it. It's unbelievably intense.
