Just feel like I'm missing out on a joke here, but who the hey is that guy who's picture is always in the ZP episodes? Kind square head? used in metaphors about idiots? Is this some piece of gaming culture minutia i haven't absorbed?

It's apparently of the photo snapper's friend.

And he does that role so well. He looks so incredibly bland
