Who is the best game developer? (In your opinion)

Valve, Bioware, Team ICO, and as much as I don't like the Halo Franchise, Bungie are pretty damn nice for developers like themselves, always keeping in contact with fans, etc.

oh man this is hard to choose..i like so many game developers for different reasons, i really dont know who i would pick to be the BEST
if i had to narrow it down though to some of my favorites, for what they are good at doing, i would have to say (in no particular order) :
1. bioware
2. obsidian
3. valve
4. naughty dog
5. zipper
6. square (enix)
7. bethesda (probably would sneak in last here)
those are mostly my favorites..im probably missing one or two huge ones that i like that im not thinking of..but really its too hard to choose, a few of them are just THAT GOOD at what they do, and i wouldn't have them change for the world on what they do.

Valve - for being amazing and hiring modders and everything and being amazing, i only own the orange box... but i couldn't possibly love them any more.
Team Ico - for making Ico (yes sotc was awesome, but ico's where its at)
Tale of Tales - for being radicals and going away from the norm

1. Bioware - Mass Effect, Dragon Age and KoTOR are my favorite RPGs ever!!!
2. Bethesda - Fallout 3 and Oblivion have amazing immersion.
3. Valve - Their community service is great through Steam. If only I had a gaming PC to take advantage of the amazing service that is Steam.

Oblivion is my all time favorite game. Fallout 3 is my second all time favorite game.
Bethesda is an easy first for me. Bioware comes in second.

Since the games I play can only be singleplayer, Valve and the rest of the shooter companies are kinda out of the question, so I'll just say Atlus is ahead of Square at the moment, and Grasshopper is ahead of anyone else who makes trippy shit.
Personally, the best game developer that has made most of the games i have in my top 5 is Bioware. I've played and beaten Mass Effect 2 over 20 times, KOTOR 1 and 2 over 20 times combined etc. Bethesda is also amazing because i love Fallout 3 and Oblivion.
Either Bungie, Blizzard, Valve, or Nintendo.
