My official vote is for Bastila. Her character is extremely well-written and emotionally deep, and everything about her from her voice to her body, to her attitude and behavior (both as a good Jedi and as a Sith) is extremely sexy. I was thinking Leia's gold bikini takes the cake, but that's only one shining moment of hotness. BTW I'm officially adding Padme Amidala to this little survey. She is a very very close second to Bastila for me. In fact, I may have to rethink my vote. Right now, though, it stands thus:

Bastila 3

Padme 0

Leia 0

You know, I just realized that I didn't put in a vote for the conehead Jedi in the prequels. He wasn't really all that cool or powerful, but anytime you combine a funny ass thing like coneheads (God, what a funny movie, it was great) and Jedi, that's just awesome.

I'd have to say Obi-wan just on pure brilliance, but I haven't read the books so what do I know.
KOTOR I would have to say Reven, I don't know about your character but you can’t beat the all out evil without a reason scene.
Also I love the line "From my point of View the Jedi are evil!", classic.

Snugglefluff. He's an Ewok Jedi that I created myself. He's not very good with a lightsaber, but he has a special force power that makes everyone his friend and replaces the desire to rule the galaxy with the desire to dance.
I wrote Lucas an email about it, and he was, I quote: "Very interested in the marketing potential for the 3-12 year old demographic".
He promised me Snugglefluff will be canon the next time the official site is updated.
He also mentioned that he will probably be renamed to "Darth Snugglefluff" because it sells better.

Darth Nihilus looked bad ass but turned out to be kind of a ***** in KOTOR II so my vote is going to have to go to Plo Koon.

DARTH MUTHAF***IN VADER!!!!!!!!!
You know I forgot about him. Don't know how. But that should have been the first one I said. He looks just scary as hell, he's intimidating, and the way he does were he kills you but takes his sweet time about it, his actions are slow and deliberate. Vader is really a great model for what a Sith should be. Out of all the Sith, I think Darth Vader would be the one I would be most scared to have to face. Vader, Palpatine, and Revan are the most intimidating, most "strike fear in the hearts of men" Sith of all time.

Jacen Solo. I like his character alot of all the jedis I have encountered in the various forms of fiction he is the most 'real'. He makes good and bad decisions, he admits wrong, he has one of the clearest understandings of people in the book and he isn't of a static alignment.
Luke will always be a farm boy, he always falls into the same ruts that his upbring and early teachings gave him and he always has to be dragged out of them by someone else.

The Jacen Solo of the Young Jedi Academy books is very different than the Jacen Solo of the New Jedi Order, Dark Nest or Legacy of the Force series. He always grows and changes; sometimes for better, sometimes for worse.

Corran Horn! For anyone who knows anything about the "expanded universe"

Kyle Katarn- In J.K.A if you jump on his head he just goes "stop that Jaden" again and again.....Well, I thought it was funny

Who ever was the first person to figure out that the light and dark side split was just stupid. It's been something that always annoyed me about Starwars. Runner up would be Luke post episode six since from what I gather he figured out that there really is no light or dark when it comes to the powers etc.

Actually "shadow skill" the Jedi you are interested in then is an alien named Vergere who worked with the enemy aliens in the New Jedi Order series. While Jacen Solo was captured by the aliens known as Yuuzhan Vong he was taught Vergere's philosphy.
There is no light side or dark side inherent in anything and that in the end it comes down to intent of any action that truly determines its nature. Labeling things otherwise before acting will doom you via ignorance.
The Jedi who were on the verge of being wiped out due to the fact that they were so ignorant about the force were taught this new method from Jacen and Vergere near the end of the Vong war; this new understanding allowed them to actually hold their own against the Vong and get stronger in the force as a whole.

After the war it was decided by Luke Skywalker and the remnants of his Jedi council (which included Kyle Katarn and Kyp Durron) that this new philosophy would be what the surviving Jedi Order would be based on.
