1st: your mortal enemy in A video game pc, x-box, ps123, gamecube, wii, etc.
2nd: your mortal enemy in real life!

and by mortal enemy i mean someone who is very hard to beat, or an enemy you were never able to beat.
or someone you hate, but can not do a thing about it.

i think the best is : answering like this:

my mortal enemy is ... (insert name , and/or game) and the reason is: ... (insert reason).
