Same. Those games, along with Spyro games, WERE my childhood. Crash was always easier to empathise with because he's more anthropomorphised (mostly in terms of being ACTUALLY biped), and I guess I preferred mutants to fantasy creatures...today that's not so true, though because I prefer The Elder Scrolls series to Fallout overall.scorptatious said:My first video game hero? Probably Subject Delta from Bioshock. When he's being a good guy and freeing Little Sisters, because I always had a love for the misunderstood and unlikely heroes.
Some might ask "Why not Jack?" while I empathise with him more as a human being(we share a first name for god's sake), something about the ending of Bioshock 2 compared to Bioshock 1 (in both cases, the good ones) made me feel a lot more sorry for the main character.Sorry if I'm being vague, don't want to spoil anything for people who still haven't played either game...
