I guess I can stretch it to twenty by providing a main/backup for the each role, so here it goes
Leaders: Steve Rogers/Dick Grayson. Both are longtime and respected leaders of superhero teams.
Medics: Elizabet Dewitt (Bioshock Infinite)/Mia (Golden Sun) Elizabeth's ability to pluck medpacks out of the ether and Mia's water Psynergy would keep my crew in top shape.
Scientists: Morden Solus/Lex Luthor. Both are skilled inventors and engineers who aren't afraid start shooting if things get ugly.
Infiltration: Sam Fischer/Corvo. One uses gadgets, one uses magic, and you won't see either of them coming until its too late.
Soldiers: Nobel 6 (Halo: Reach)/Frank castle. Both are skilled combatants who are good at improvising.
Hacker: Mako (SW:ToR)/Oracle. Oracle is a skilled hacker in her own right while Mako literally born to hack and has an implant that lets her connect to the internet with her brain.
Melee Specialist: Raiden/Jetstream Sam. Both are from Metal Gear Rising and both have sliced a Metal Gear Ray in half with a sword. Thats all I really need to say.
Pilot. Carol Danvers (Captain Marvel)/Jeff "Joker" Moreau. Joker is self explanatory and Carol is an accomplished pilot with the added bonus of being able to leap out of her ship and punch an enemy fighter if she gets shot down.
Strategist: Hannibal Smith (The A Team)/Loki. Hannibal has come up with some incredible (if often insane) schemes and Loki has centuries of experience as a trickster god.
Mage: Dr Stephan Strange/Zatanna Zatara. Two of the most accomplished magic users from their respective universes
Demolitions: Jinx (League of Legends)/Gaige the Mechromaner (Bordelands) Both of these ladies have a talent for blowing shit up. Jinx prefers explosives while Gaige loves using robots.
