Banshee was my favorite from First Class. He just seemed so badass to me. From my minimal knowledge of the comics, I'd say either Quicksilver or Beast
Agreed. Cyclops has the problem of being written by writers who don't like the character. Which isn't surprising, since most X-Men writers are Wolverine fanboys (*gag*). Cyclops is to the X-Men what Captain America is to the Avengers. The moral compass. The idealist. The one who believes in doing the right thing for the right reasons. The X-books are full of characters who do the right thing for the wrong reasons, or just do the right thing because they have nothing better to do. It's refreshing to see characters like Cyclops and Colossus who are real heroes.Dags90 said:I like Cyclops. Awesome, I just re-read the issue where Cannonball fights Gladiator the other day! Also, there is still some debate as to whether Cannonball is an External (immortal mutant) or not.OutcastBOS said:Cannonball. No reason, other than HE'S AWESOME!
Seriously, the man fought against the Marvel version of SUPERMAN and won!(I think, at least a tie)
And if Guthrie was an External, that would just up his awesome factor!Wilbot666 said:Awesome, I just re-read the issue where Cannonball fights Gladiator the other day! I also liked Iceman a lot, in the 90s they started powering him up until he was almost godlike.
Very true. Pity it didn't work for his little brother Icarus who got shot in the head by Stryker. Oh well, I didn't like him much anyhow.OutcastBOS said:And if Guthrie was an External, that would just up his awesome factor!Wilbot666 said:Awesome, I just re-read the issue where Cannonball fights Gladiator the other day! Deadpool isn't a member of the X-Men, though. He tried, but Cyclops said flat-out "No.".Zaul2010 said:No,Deadpool fanboys will be the most answers.
deadpool isnt even a mutant.FalloutJack said:Deadpool isn't a member of the X-Men, though. He tried, but Cyclops said flat-out "No.".Zaul2010 said:No,Deadpool fanboys will be the most answers.
I suppose that's true, given the NATURE of how he came to be.Jegsimmons said:deadpool isnt even a mutant.FalloutJack said:Deadpool isn't a member of the X-Men, though. He tried, but Cyclops said flat-out "No.".Zaul2010 said:No,Deadpool fanboys will be the most answers.
