It's a dead tie between David Draiman of Disturbed, and Ozzy Osbourne.

Steve Conte, of the Contes/The Crown Jewels/The Crazy Truth. His voice is INCREDIBLE. All the work he's done with Yoko Kanno has been gold.

If we're looking for someone more mainstream, I love Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day.

Benjamin Burnley from Breaking Benjamin.

I'm not really sure what kind of a reason to give. I like the band, I like the song he writes, I like him...
Pretty much that.

Bing Crosby. I don't know why but I find his voice to be both soothing and awesome at the same time.

Roger Daltrey, of The Who, and Robert Plant, of Led Zeppelin.

Runners-up include Ozzy Osbourne (Black Sabbath), Donita Sparks (L7), and Janis Joplin (Big Brother and the Holding Company and the other small string of bands she had afterward).
