Seriously, for what possible reason do these things exist? The time between going to the bathroom and washing my hands is the only time of day I couldn't care less what gets on my hands. Know why? Because I am just about to f*cking wash them! These things fail so damn hard!

I rock the wireless Sennheiser SD12 MK2's, whenever I see people walking around with Beats I wanna shake them and shout at them "YOU BOUGHT THE WRONG HEADPHONES, YOU MERELY SUBSCRIBED TO FASHION, NOT MUSIC", you can't get spares for Beats or pull them apart to fix them (shitty build quality too, not as bad as Skull Candy but still pretty poor).

My Sennheiser HD10's MK1's batteries exploded and leaked acid, so Sennheiser Germany HQ sent me 2 sets of wireless SD 120's as a goodwill gesture even though they don't make the batteries... how is that for good service?, and to recharge them you don't need to plug them in, just hang them on the stand to charge up, no clicking , just rest them on it... BOOM JUICE!

Exam moderation for A-Levels. They use normal distribution so you have a certain spread of students with certain grades, as far as I understand it. This means that on a test everyone did really well at you'll get people with 80% getting E grades because the majority got higher than 95%.

In my decision maths exam I got 66% and ended up with an E. That should have been a C and because of some fucked up idea of how exams should be graded I dropped 2 grades. I swear, if another fucking old **** claims 'exams are easier now' I'm going to punch them in the gowl.

I also fail to see the connection between a snuggie and a kludged together space heater.


The most laughable part of it all? You could make your own snuggie out of a properly warm blanket for about half the cost. It isn't difficult to use a sewing machine.

I mean, you claim the snuggie is impractical to wear, yet you talk about making sleeves out of a normal blanket?

I timed it. It takes longer to put a snuggie on than it takes to wrap up in a blanket and stick my arms out of it. If you're so poorly coordinated that a snuggie is easier you have bigger problems than just being slightly cold in front of the TV.


Not only that but modern life sort of revolves around climate controls. Turn the fuckin' heater up. Or, hell, get some CRTs, my heater is broken entirely yet I don't get cold in the winter. Even when there's an inch of snow on the ground. I have two CRTs in my room, my computer is on 24/7/365, and I have a thick blanket. I'm good to go.

And yes, it's thin. But I live in Florida, so thin is not a bad thing. I hear there's other brands that use thicker fabric for those of you who live above the snow line.

My window AC is capable of making it colder than the snuggie is capable of protecting against. Those things are pathetic and a waste of money.

I'm still wondering how well you can move your arms /after/ you have them in your blanket tubes. Because that's the point of a snuggie, and the more expensive alternatives with better fabric: use of your hands after you put them on, not ease of use beforehand.

Not so far from the truth. According to tvtropes the thing was originally designed for wheelchair users. If you can't get out of a wheelchair it's difficult to wrap yourself up but easy to put your arms through a snuggie. That's why it's open at the back.

What then happened, according to wikipedia, is that the snuggie appeared on TV and lots of people who weren't crippled started buying them. And they didn't change their marketing pitch and you've got a healthy middle aged woman on TV pretending she cannot use a blanket correctly.

Same, I've gotten 70+ on most of my papers but still only have a grade average of C-D, while it should really be a B.

Is there a device out there or invention out there that you really hate?

I'll explain: Recently I got a new pair of ear buds because my old ones broke. This would be fine except my new ear buds are CRAP! They're the gel type ones that you shove in your ear holes and never want to stay in. They're like ear plugs, you can't hear anything that's happening around you except for what's being pumped through them and they hurt like hell when you have them in too long. Whose idea was this? There was nothing wrong with Sony's regular type of ear buds!

I hate them too and I refuse to use them whatsoever. You don't need to be any genious to understand that they are harmful to your ears.

That is ABSOLUTE bullshit. Complete arse.
