For those who are Whose Line fans, I was wondering what your thoughts were on Whose Line on the CW?

I just turned that on & I used to love the show & i'll try to remember to check this new version out. It didn't seem too different, what little bit i did watch.

Saw my first episode of the new version tonight. Loved it; it's still as hilarious as ever. Aisha is a great host and the guys haven't lost their touch. If anything, they're even funnier now.

I kinda dislike how they introduced guest stars, I thought that was the point of the fourth performer. Other than that though I am enjoying this immensely.

I have three thoughts about this: good, bad and neutral.

Good - The fourth chairs have yet to suck. I was especially looking forward to Gary Anthony Williams (he did not disappoint either) and Keegan Michael Key was also amazing.

Bad - Those hashtags are a tad intrusive and nonsensical. Also, needs more audience participation. Not every episode needs a guest appearance from an actor belonging to another show in order to fill out a game.

Neutral - While it wasn't really much of a good start for her, Aisha's getting less and less annoying to listen to and her on-screen rapport with the cast and audience is only getting better and better with every episode. I look forward to watching her improvement.

I hope to see some of the old fourth chairs come back, like Greg Proops, Brad Sherwood and, god permitting, Drew Carey himself. But I'm not really all that rabid about him coming back, unlike some of the other fans I've noticed.

Big fan, but it's not as good as it once was so far. Obtrusive numbers of commercials (with usually only one game between them), full spotlight on the guest stars and their main show. No hoedowns, green screens, or Irish drinking songs :(.

I miss Drew Carrey. This lady just can't replace what he had with the rest of the cast.

Also, is Wayne actually bald now? It's kind of ironic if so. They used to make fun of Collin, who has the same amount of hair as when the show ended.

Just watched the first three episodes, was laughing almost the whole way through. Not quite as good as it used to be, but as others have said, the old crew took some time to really get used to each other and the show. Really looking forward to how it shapes up.

Very good. Too early to tell if they decide to stick to just a few games, but I like how fresh they are trying to make it. I agree with you guys, fourth chair needs some work. Sometimes the guest is better than the fourth chair. Keep on watching, my friends! We must keep this on air! (got okay for a second season already! good job so far)

I dig it. I miss Drew, but I'm sure I'll warm up to Aisha Tyler over time. What I really miss is the banter between the host and the actors before and after acting out skits. I feel like just as they are all about to start talking and cracking jokes, they have to cut to commercial. That's my biggest peeve.

Otherwise, the show is great. I've nearly died laughing at some of the skits several times since the premiere, and I only expect it to get better from here on!

The show is back? Reruns, or all new? Are Ryan Stiles or Colin Mochrie in it?
In order: Yes, all new, and yes, along with Wayne Brady. They even got both of the old musicians back -- I'm pretty sure one of them quit or got fired or something towards the end of the old series.

OT: I've only seen the first episode, but it was good. Only real complaint is, like someone else pointed out, the nonsensical hashtags. A hashtag with the name of the show is a good thing, it trains your audience to tweet about it, which starting this fall will play into your ratings. A hashtag with a random comment on a random scene just comes off as astroturfing, and it displays a lack of understanding of how hashtags work.

Thanks for this mate, this has brightened my day; those two on TV makes the world a better place. Hope they can get other favourites like Greg Proops or Mike McShane.
