Whose side would you take (BioShock related thread)

Would you join Andrew Ryan, a man who solely believes that "a man is entitled to the sweat of his brow", or Sophia Lamb, the complete opposite of Ryan who believes everyone should contribute to society as a whole.

Which side would you choose in the downfall of Rapture? Personally I would side with Ryan, I don't want to share the fruits of my labor unless it directly benefits me.

Yeah I'd side with ryan too, although it's pretty much democrat vs commie here.

I'd get the hell out of there. But if I had to choose, I'd side with Lamb because pure capitalism inevitably fails, as Ryan proved in Rapture, and we proved in real life during the 1920s. I don't hate capitalism, don't take this the wrong way. I just mean that no civilization can survive if everyone is out for themselves.

I agreed with Andrew Ryan's ideas when I played Bioshock and still do especially after meeting Lamb.

Ryan for sure. People from Washington, really religious people, and communists are pretty high on my list of people I'd prefer not to hang out with.

Alright alright, i'm exagerrating. But you get the point. If i was forced to choose (and couldn't just shoot myself), then it would probably be communists after all.

i haven't played the game, but i'd say Sophia Lamb. if we act selfishly as a whole, society will go nowhere
