Seems to be all men so far. My friendly robot's voice would be that of Claudia Black. A man can get lonely on the Moon.

By the way this is my 5000th post and as an added bonus here's a nice picture.

Alan Rickman in Snape mode, Jeremy Irons singing "Be Prepared" repeatedly or Stephen Fry just speaking.

I'd choose Brian Blessed but my eardrums might burst and I like hearing things.

You have been chosen to spend 3 years on the moon doing whatever they are doing in the movie "Moon."
Your only company for these 3 years will be your robot companion, but you get a choice of anyone's voice for your new friend.

I'd go for Sean Connery. I'd never tire of listening to him.
Keith David.

He makes everything better

Morgan Freemans voice would accompany me to the moon! And he would tell me new stories every day!

Tony Jay. And it will be gloriously terrifying.

Edit: Looks like I reported my own post with a misclick. Sorry about wasting your time, mods.

I'd go with Charles Manson. What better to keep me on my toes, eh? That or Steve Blum but he's almost in everything.

John Hurt. I'm bound to get shit done.
Ninja'd in the first reply...
Yeah definatly John Hurt, I could sit and listen to him talk forever. I'd get him to read 1984 constantly.
Although if he's already booked voicing someone else's robot then it would Morgan Freeman.

Ron Perlman, preferably with a hologram too. :) That would be all yum.
