I was just playing Fallout 2 (old news I know) and I was minding my own business in Klamath... when all of a suddon comes this Town Greeter named Aldo, who repeatedly spams me with the hail fellow well met/where do you come from stranger thing... about 10 times. It trancended annoying by 2... and appearantly the him talking without you interacting is a glitch... But still!
Glitch or no glitch, have you ever had an NPC you aren't allowed to kill become so usless/annoying that you simply want to throw your console/PC out the window? If so, list them and why.
