Was he 12 years old? Given your planescape avatar I'll assume you're probably on the "older gamer" side of things. I just sersiouly don't see how an adult could put so much stake into how "hardcore" the lore of his wargaming hobby is. Are people so insecure about their interests they see it as a form of validation?
