I know, its annoying, but developers/publishers want that holiday rush, so there we go, 25,000 games get released within a couple of months.

I personally have my eyes on Dragon Age: Inquisition primarily, and Assassin's Creed: Unity and Alien: Isolation are games that are also on my radar, but everything else will just be on sale at one point or another.

Wait til reviews come out, watch gameplay footage. Whenever I think a bunch of new games are going to be awesome only half end up being "must buy". YMMV

It's annoying, I know, that so many good games come out all at the same time. I want to upgrade to XB1 but - since MS couldn't be bothered to figure out how to make backwards compatibility work, that won't happen any time soon as I've ended up accumulating a huge backlog of games (over 100). Some are started, some aren't and others I need to do again. I could upgrade but I'd end up with a shelf full of games I can't play.

Don't help as many of my games are RPGs (got DAO, Alpha Protocol, Rise of The Argonauts, Mass Effect trilogy, Deus Ex: HR & LOTRs: War In The North etc to do again. Plus New Vegas, Venetica, Deathspank, Fable II & III, Borderlands 1 & 2, DAII etc to finish) and open world games like Red Faction: Guerrilla, ACIII, Prototype, Saint's Row: The Third, Red Dead Redemption & Bioshock Infinite to finish or even start. Then there are the recent and upcoming games I want like South Park, Enemy Front, Borderlands: The Pre-sequel & AC: Rogue.

People have different tastes so no, "good games" don't come in "clusters. Reminds me of that month people kept posting was "barren of games" when there was like half a dozen games for me to buy.
