I memorized this song when I was at the peak of my anime geekiness: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mw4D7CRUvoU

My memory is so terrible now I don't remember anything but the very first part. :p

Anyway, I find the Vocaloid music to be incredibly addictive for some reason, and yeah, some anime intros are really good.

Would you like to know what the lyrics are? :)
I'm actually happy not knowing. Adds a little bit to the song, in my eyes.
Alright then. The lyrics are rather beautiful as well, I must say.

I love me some J-pop, sure I can't understand what they're saying but thats what subtitles are for. This particular song doesn't have any subtitles and I doubt it counts as J-pop but you get my point.

I'm sorry but no I STILL can't stand J-Pop. It is the one music genre that I absolutely loathe!

Yes auto tuned, crap dancing videos (yes it's crap!), plus the actual over the top fast paced chirpy upbeat pop tunes really get on my nerves. There's just nothing good there. I CAN'T STAND IT! Just... dial it down a notch, try get some real meaning into the music, you can build up slowly for fucks sake. I can't even dance to it! Thats the deal breaker, if I can't dance I'm not bothered.

THIS is good pop music.
I could post every song Robyn has ever made, I love it all!

Because it's cute, adorable and has the ability to turn any situation into a happy one... so yes, it's very disturbing >>

But, I listen to mostly Japanese music right now and I only understand/speak a little, so yes, I like plenty of music in which I don't understand the lyrics.
This basically.

As above most of the music I listen to is Japanese, there's just something about it ... I'm thinking the voices and less coarse lyrics. I only understand maybe a handfull of words in the song but I can still really enjoy it.

I'm a massive of fan of J-pop, J-rock and Japanese soundtracks.

Although I don't really understand what they're saying, I enjoy the beat and overall sound of the song. Basically I just enjoy all Japanese music in general.

I don't think I can stress just how much I love that song.

I can't understand English lyrics very well, and people always take the piss out of me for singing the wrong lyrics.
I can sing a whole song in Japanese, it's been recorded in English too.
I get some funny looks when I'm working because I sing to no music and sometimes in different languages.

I'm a huge fan of Visual Kei bands like Versailles and D; I only know a few words and phrases in Japanese so most of the time I don't have a clue what's going on unless I find a lyric translation, but I don't need to know what they're singing to enjoy the sound of their voices or the way the music sounds.

OT: I can bear J-pop sometimes. Unless it's unbearably sweet and the singer's voice is as high as the roof... then I switch to something else.
