The problem with this is that people are getting hurt and it is breaking other laws such as basic human rights, gay porn doesn't break basic human rights, while this in short is torture.
Although I didn't see it from your point of view, maybe anime versions should be legal but there is a large difference between making gay porn banned and this other porn

Gay porn: Doesn't hurt anyone and is consented, people hate it because they are ignorant
Name of the torture porn: Torture, children involved, rape, mutilation and sadistic. I hate it because it breaks basic human rights.

We never said anything about children. Even though I do believe that as long as the action is consented, they are free to do whatever they want.

Most of the "BDSM" culture, which I assume you refer to, don't break basic human rights. Yes, they are into stuff I, and many others, find weird almost at all times. But it's not like they find a random person and rape them - hell no. It's a culture. All they do is consented. They often even sign up legal agreements. So, as long as both parties agree and assumingly over the age of consent in the country in question, I have NOTHING against it.

It's their choice, and if they want it, who am I or anyone to stop them.

It's suppose it pretty much is BDSM in a nutshell. A really, really low level of it but it still is, I think I mentioned about children in my original post but that?s another aspect of the stuff and I think that is the level it gets banned, I can't remember though.

Huh, and I was expecting something shocking. I don't go to rodeos, simply because they're not my cup O' tea. Being that I grew up with relatives who are in the rodeo circuits I can say that this is not the worst of it.

To be honest the few rodeos I've been to, yes animals die and its very sad when they do. Usually, however, their death is the direct result of someone being a dumbass in their handling. I've asked the relatives more familiar with this about what can go wrong that causes an animal's death and there are many reasons, but what it boils down to is "shit happens".

I suppose my heart isn't bleeding quite as much as it should be for something like this, but its a rodeo, wtf do you expect from them?

On a side note, if you want to see something really cruel go watch a cock fight. They used to be legal here in Louisiana until a few years ago. I saw one once with my cousins, I got sick and left.
