I never had much of a reason to hate EA until yesterday. When A company known for Madden, The Sims, And Medal Of Honor opens there E3 conference with games for 10 year old's, that's just wrong. It sucks to cause I wanted to see if they talked about The Saboteur, but no, screw EA.

I don't hate EA.

Well Ok, I am don't mind them because their games look so terrible that I don't try and play them. At least they don't give me the false impression that they are good and for that I salute EA.

I don't hate EA, but I don't like EA.

It's complicated. We're seeing a therapist.

Only good thing EA did was buy the burnout franchise and improved it... almost all of their other franchises suck. Good thing developers like Ubisoft, Bungie, Infantry Ward, Epic and some others don't sell themselves to EA. Only developer I think is worse than EA is Treyarch...

Well, they support the corrupt system by backing the publishers over the smaller developers.

EA started the press conference with Dante's Inferno. Hardly a game for a 10 year old. Yes they had their littlest petshop crap, but hell it's EA, they're very big so you can expect stuff like that. Relax you don't have to buy it. For us they had Mass Effect 2 gameplay, Dragon Age: Origins and that mindblowing Star Wars: TOR trailer. I definatly don't hate EA anymore.

They are now trying to make more mainstream games that suck but they do still make alot of great games so I wouldn't say I hate them.

EA has locks on all the major sporting games, this in itself is a reason why I'm not for EA. The problem is they seem to flood the market with games that range from complete dogshit to absolute wonder and awe. It's like some sort of evil coin that the Mr. Monopoly man of EA flips every time a new idea comes up.

I hate them because they have an almost obsessive tendency to destroy every idea they get their hands on. This would not be quite so much a problem if they didn't insist on buying up smaller companies who have GOOD ideas, and then firing or transferring all of the key staff members for no real reason.

All right, so I'm mostly pissed about what they did to Command and Conquer. But still, it's not like EA have a good track record outside of that either.

Huh. I thought EA was just the corporation that held all the rights and put no creative input into games.

Boy is my face red.
