To get differing inputs since I know I surround myself with people that more or less think along the same lines as I do IRL.

I like making threads because I like carrying on conversations with people, making friends, and debating issues I believe in.

I start threads to start conversations, really. Or to pass along an idea that wouldn't otherwise fit in a previously created thread. Or, sometimes, I'm simply asking advice or the opinions of my fellow escapists.

I only do it on the incredibly rare occasions when I seek council or the opinions of this forum's members, on topics that have not already been discussed. That or when I post a review.

To be honest, I write threada because I usually have a question, or wish to discuss something. That's about it, really.
