don't you remember? The pyro is a woman
the heavy gun weights about 150 kilos... i think the gun would be to heavy for that woman... maybe a more brute-like woman would be beter.MercurySteam said:EDIT: Shit! Wrong link.Jandau said:How about making female models for all the TF2 characters?

We'd have to call the Demoman the Demowoman then.Wouldukindly said:I would rather there not be just one female characters, but maybe female versions of all the characters. Unfortunately it's probably impossible to avoid the 'Zoe-esque' sexual taunts.
What, just cus he likes fire? Glowing...jewellike...fire... Pouring onto people, making them shine...dekkarax said:Remember, TF2 is set in the 60s. As for the Pyro, I don't think he's female, he's already extremely unhinged so technically one could explain the purse simply because he's stark raving bonkers.
See, that one looks alot more reasonable and less 'ahem' than http://t03nemesis.deviantart.com/art/Team-Fortress-Fan-Girls-111649757. Add the Heavy in your's looks like she can actually wield the minigun.Combined said:Pyyyro... [http://fc38.deviantart.com/fs32/f/2008/217/f/3/Ubi_Concordia__Ibi_Victoria_by_robotnicc.jpg]
That makes sense - and having female versions would mean more confusion on initial sighting - if you listen to the developer commentary, they where extremely keen to reduce visual overload and confusion as much as possible. The Shade said:One theory is:
If they made only one female character, some female gamers may feel compelled to play as that character. Since class-jumping is part of the game, this kind of puts a hinder on it.
The only way around that would be to not have any female characters (thus avoiding having to design any new models for the game) or to have female versions of every character.
But that's just one theory.
You know... i'm not afraid to hit girls, because they have an equal chance to hit me back. god damn the freaking women's right's groups should get on that... or is that to morally wrong?Caimekaze said:B) You. Don't. Hit. Girls.
Yes I know it comes off as sexist, but it's true. Most males have an inherent inability to hit a girl. In my friend's words "I see a spy, I shoot him. I see a female spy, I feel a twinge of guilt... which might cost me my life." Alternatively, if the roles are reversed, you don't really feel guilty putting a knife into a heavy's back. He's the big dumb slow guy. If it was a girl, and you hear her scream as you stab...
