...admittedly my biggest problems with furries have usually come from poor experiences in regards to individuals/small groups trying to force their ways into LGBT+ areas and sexualizing non-sexual spaces. Furrydom is probably a fetish (it feels like it falls on a spectrum, in that some people seem to be furries without making it sexual), and while I'm fine for discussing it in the appropriate spaces/contexts, it's when it's being forced where it's not appropriate that I don't play ball with.
If the man in the leather suit and chains can't do it, neither can the man in the exquisitely crafted dog suit. [sub]or the dude with a cactus up his ass. Look, I've seen some shit, ok?[/sub]
Outside those few unpleasant interactions, Furries have been an alright group to interact with. It's a lot of dedication to make those fursuits, and they are pretty impressive to look at. Shout out to the Australian furries who have an annual meet-up during Summer, and those few mad bastards who rock the full suit in 45 degree (Celsius) heat. Man, those things must breathe good.
