Why is everything so complicated?

For God's sake, i never said the games were bad, i just wish people would stop bowing down to things that are only okay.

While you may consider them to be only "okay," others like the games quite a bit.

Honsetly, gaming these days are missing the point.Many of you will say, 'We are moving on, so therefore gaming must be more advanced.'Saying that we need compelling stories, better graphics, and amazing voice actors.Well you know what?I stand for people who could give a care less about all that nonsense.And don't consider yourself's one of those people.Out of the short time i've been on The Escapist, the people i've talked to have not been so smart on things.I understand this is only my opinion, but I would've imagined at least one idealist, one person to agree with me.But instead I get people who constantly bow before the arsty bullcrap like Grim Fandango, No More Heroes , etc.Look, im glad people think half Life 2 was a good game, but it was a moderate shooter, with basic story telling, and a pretty physics engine.Go ahead.patronize me i've got nothing to lose.

This is the internet. If you don't like the people you're around, go elsewhere. And I'm not trying to say, "GTFO," I mean that the internet is a form of leisure; if its frustrating you, then there's no need is stressing yourself out, fighting people with different opinions.
Also, I've said it before, and I'll say it again: never voice your opinion as a statement.
