Why is this on TF2?

I turned on my favorite game today. I was thinking of playing some Capture The Flag on Turbine or a game of Payload Race, when this showed up on the server list.

The full screen view lets you see it in all its stupidity. Honestly, what's the point of this? What are whoever did this trying to prove? I know that people could just respond with "It's the Internet. Deal with it," but that's just a cop out response. Why do people do things like this?

They did it because they have far to much spare time.

It is stupid but it is a rather funny thing to open the server list and see something with that much weight as the hindu symbol for good luck! Damn these pranksters the Swastika is slightly askew.
