You know, when i watched the hub and heard that they were showing the goosbumps re-runs. i was happy to see its again. as a kid when i watched this and read the books, it frightened me. but it also taught me in other different ways.
But then when i saw the haunting hour, a brand new horror show that kids could watch. it was great! both frightening and teaching children, even teens learned from it. and even though its a lot more scarier than the goosebumps, it still a great show for kids to watch. but then i thought some thing.
If the Hub has this great scary show, why don't i ever see them on other kid channels?. they are scary shows yes, but they still teach kids in things they learn from them. but no, No CN new horror shows, no nick, no Disney, nothing.
And thats why is say they should make more scary shows for kids. they can battle against the Haunting hour, challenge other networks in the scary section. CN had a horror show, they had Courage the cowardly dog, a show that was scary but it was also more focus on teaching. nick had 'are you a afraid of the dark', a Goosebumps look a like but they did try and they did try to step up from goosebumps, Disney...im not sure, i can;t remember any horror shows from Disney.
So yeah why did they never show horror shows now, or never make new ones? Cn still shows The cowardly dog, but they can a update and create a new series for courage that can compete against the Hub. nick and Disney can do the same. But they never did, nor almost never shown them.
