Why would a Lawyer be in a fighting game as is? Then again they put fucking Mexican Cactuses and Servbots in MvC2.

Phoenix Wright can get hit by a speeding car, fly thirty feet and slam head first into a lamp post, leaving only with a sprained ankle.

Id also like to mention the falling from a cliff, into a large stream of water, only to return with a cold.

Also in appolo justice (sp?) doesnt he have the power to go back in TIME ,remember the whole jury system case (last case) jumping from one time to another presenting evidence from other times, i mean, if that can happen he can be in a fighting game.

Actually, according to the article on Kotaku referring to it, Franziska was also planned to be in (for obvious reasons) My guess is they dropped the idea entirely because they couldn't get Phoenix to work out and Franziska might have been seen as not being iconic enough to be there on her own.

Besides, we all KNEW "Objection!" would be overpowered from the start.

Anyway about that gigantic golden lighter video in the first post. I didn't see any infinitive combos in it. Just some retarded 6 punches for like a total of 15 times. Just 6 punches in a row and that's it. Only at the end he starts to do some type of combo.

WTF! It's not that hard to figure out, just keep the Japanese word on screen and have him say "OBJECTION!" in English, the people who play this game may not know every character but I'm sure a majority of them know who Phoenix is and would instantly know he's yelling out objection.
