What do people think about this. As a UK viewer of torrented US tv this was one of my favourite shows of the last season and it got dumped, anyone have any thoughts/reasons why?

I would assume it was because the network saw that it wasn't going to generate any revenue and that people didn't watch it, so they decided to drop it as opposed to putting it on the graveyard shift or anything like that.

What show? Breaking in? Maybe someone complained that this show would encourage children to commit burglary.

Piracy is a touchy subject here. I personally have nothing against it but you may want to be careful about how often you post that.

It was canceled because Brett Harrison can't be a main character on a show that lasts.

It is sad really because I like him and, while Breaking In was not one of the best shows, it was falling into its own, I thought.

Plus, I really think that show would have been better had it been an hour long (well about 44 minutes after commercials).

The same reason many shows get cancelled, bad ratings. Same reason Flash-Forward was cancelled, we never even got explanations to that, they just cut it mid story

Because it was a FOX show, and FOX is run by complete fucking idiots who are trigger happy when it comes to canceling shows.

I've never even heard of it and I'm American. That is probably why.
FOX only ran like five episodes of the show before canceling it, that could be one reason why you didn't hear about it.

Oh was it the one that had Christian Slater in it? That looked stupid. No wonder it got cancelled.

Thanks for answers, pretty much as I thought tbh, a combination of FOX and people not even having heard of it sounds like it was doomed from the start. Shame, it was pretty funny (was for me at least, 30 something year old geek).
