Don't worry this isn't another worst game thread. I mean wich games have made physically sick or motion sick?

For me it was a first person Alien game for the PSone. A couple of games have made a little sick but this one takes the cake for miles.

As a bonus, wich movies have had the same affect on you? To me, [REC] the spanish one. I had to watch half of the movie one day and the second half the next day :S

Edit: I also get motion sick when reading a book in a moving vehicle.

Off topic: Gone Gonzo! *inner yay!*
All FPS games outside of Metroid Prime have made me ill to some degree; and I had to take ginger pills to play Metroid on the GameCube. Most games that are 3d with either rainbow colors or a crazy camera have also made me ill. That includes the first Spyro series. The PeterPan pirate boat on Kingdom hearts with its confused seizure camera techniques was another fond memory.

On the plus side, if the game has smooth graphics, if the bg is stationary, if the characters aren't bobbing with every step like an over-enthusiastic kid on a pogo stick, and/or if I'm using a Wiimote, I don't get nearly as sick. That's one hidden plus I found about the Wii, and I still don't know why using a Wiimote/nunchuck is fine while using a controller on the same game makes me queasy.

I don't know if this counts, but I once had a epileptic fit while having a Warthog race in Halo.
I lol'd
There are peelz for that
peelz?
pills :) (unless you knew and were just making fun of the spelling)

But yeah, we could all take pills to finish our games. I haven't done so because none of my favorite games make me sick.

Any game I play while in a moving vehicle will make me motion sick.

Otherwise, Resistance: Fall of Man made me motion sick for playing it for a way too long time without taking long enough brakes.

It isn't 100% effective. I've taken all sorts of things from Dramamine to ginger, known methods for controlling motion sickness. I still can't beat Tenchu or even touch the first Spyro. And if some people force themselves through the sickness, they can be landed in bed for a day with a migraine.

I've found that sometimes after playing Rock Band I'll still see the note tracks going by in field of vision when I look at a wall or something. Some kind of residual memory thing going on, but I've never really gotten sick from one.... though WipEout on the PS1 could do that to you :)

My manager at work gets motion sickness from any game that has a first person view. Poor guy loves CoD4 but can't play it for more than 20 minutes without feeling ill.

I keep trying to trick him into playing Mirrors Edge but it hasn't worked so far.

Guitar Hero/Rockband makes my eyes go weird and everything stretches upwards plus I go slightly dizzy if I play it for a long amount of time.

I always thought Mirrors Edge would make me feel sick because of the motion sickness but it didn't.

I don't know if this counts but No More Heroes made me sick of tedious minigames.

I only get motion sickness if I'm watching someone play a fps and they don't know what they're doing: spinning, jerking around, bobbing.

I know it's not a game, but the film Cloverfield made me feel sick. I had to keep looking at my feet because they weren't moving around...

I blacked out when playing Sorcerer's Stone on PC when I was 14. I had been complaining about the graphics being "trail-y" (like leaving trails of lights), then I don't remember anything. I woke up on my friend's couch, her parents were crying. Looking back it was pretty hilarious.

So what caused it?

Anyway, I don't think a game's ever made me sick, but the remake of Dawn of the Dead did... ugh. I don't mind a good gorefest, but really guys.

In Crysis on the alien ship, going through those speed tunnels was a bit iffy - it was the first time I'd felt sick playing a game for 10 years - but God that last time was worse. Crysis just made me a bit dizzy.

Mirror's Edge never did but I know lots of people have said it makes them feel sick and gives some quite severe migraines, so they can't play.

F.E.A.R. 2

The headbob in that game is fucking insane.

It's like the protagonist can't stop tripping over his shoelaces.

Don't really know how a game is supposed to give you motion sickness. I only get it when reading in cars.

I've never personally been made ill by a game, and I don't know if this one counts but after a huge night of drinking at my place, one of my friends got motion sickness while watching the others play Halo.

Thankfully he'd already thoroughly emptied his stomach the night before, because I was sitting on the floor in front of him at the time.
