Yea. I tend to call NPCs "mother fuckers" a lot. I'll also come up with responses to what they're saying before they're finished speaking in games like Mass Effect.
I tend to curse at NPCs in RPG games pretty often.

Other than that I seem to click the R3/L3 buttons a lot during cutscenes and load screens.

You know how sometimes people stick their tongues out when they're concentrating hard? Well, I do that, except when the gaming gets really intense my tongue goes around and around my lips until I have a donut-ring of spit on my face.

Hey, you asked.

I got so immersed in MW2, someone threw a flashbang and I turned my head and closed my eyes. After, i was like "Did I really just turn my head and close my eyes?"
Oh, I forgot. Similar to the above, but during a challenge 'tween friends (fastest completion of MW2 campaign on Veteran [I won, by 1hr!]). A Spetznaz guard trooper threw a frag grenade and I threw up my arms IRL to protect my face. I then had to scratch my head like I had rabid head lice to stop the strange looks from the other 3 players!

I shout in frustration because of all the bullshit in multiplayer games. It drives my parents insane, I just can't convince them that it's a good way to vent anger.

Otherwise I often talk to myself in a way that I'd imagine the main character would feel about the situation. For example when killing an enemy in a single player game that had been a particular annoyance, I go: "Take that, *****! That's for shooting me all those times!". This usually happens when some very annoyingly placed enemy is the cause of me having to reload my save more times than I'm comfortable with.

If I'm playing a racing game or piloting a vehicle I'll usually lean into the corners, so much so that I almost reach an angle of 45 degrees either way and more often than not end up with my face much closer to the screen as if it helps in any way.

Also if I'm dead or stuck on a loading screen I stretch my arms, mostly the right one as years of league bowling with a hook ball has left it worse for wear, especially the thumb and middle two fingers.

Well there was this one time when me and my friend were playing UT3 and I got into a giant ball vehicle and just rolled everyone over like a giant katamari whilst humming the FF6 battle theme...strange I know...effective and fun though!

I talk to myself sometimes while playing online FPSs, mostly in TF2. Just stuff like "Ok, I'll put a sentry here..." or "WTF BACKSTAB!?" or "Ah fire, ah fire, ah fire, ah f-*dies* GAH!"

I have the habit of tapping out a tune on the triggers with my index fingers during loading screens and other such downtime.

When I play Strategy games I tend to mumble to myself about the glory of (insert faction I am playing) and that (insert enemy)is soon to perish. That is a bit weird I think, I'm probably not the only one though.

I multitask with the computer incredible amounts and fill up just about every second of dead time with some sort of computer interaction. Good thing, because load times rarely bother me then.

Talk to myself and also when playing online, I sort of sing (not into a mic, like some annoying people). But I don't sing the proper words, it's not even that I do a parody, I just start out with a song and then it gets weird.

Like if I'm singing I get to a certain part and then just talk gibberish.

Can I play with Madness?
The prophet stared at his crystal ball
Can I play with madness?
There's no vision there at all
Can I play with madness?
No you can't play with him
But Madness is my best friend
Sorry the answers still no
Damn it I hate you, your not my real mother anyway
You just had to go and bring that up

if you don't know the song, from the line begining "No" is all nonsense.
CAN I PLAY WITH MADNESS!!!!!!

I talk to myself. More than usual anyway...

I tend to pause the game when someone walks in the room, no matter what game I'm playing. I think of gaming as one of the things I see as a "quite, relaxing time". And whenever someone else walks in, the "quite, relaxing" part almost always tends to go away. It's always "Oooh, whatcha doing? What's the story? Is it fun?" So in my feeble attempts to keep the silence, I just stop everything I'm doing. I'd have probably stopped this years ago, except it just seems to almost always work.
I do exactly the same thing, it works a treat.

Usually if I'm stuck on a particularly difficult part of a game, I suddenly develop an itch which distracts me from playing the difficult part and ends ups killing me. Again. Totally involuntary but really bloody annoying. I also tend to click my fingers, as you would to a catchy tune, again for no reason whatsoever it just happens.

And the list begins; while needed to ingiltrate something I will give a peptalk to my character and/or companions and then usually draw out the plan, I talk as if I was my character every now and then, I talk in my head to my character and have conversations, I laugh at NPCs and call them noobs if they are stupid, I tend to sracth my head with my foot if I need to scratch while intense gaming, I tend to make sound effects and I also pick my upper lip during cutscenes or pretend Im playing.

EDIT: If something is coming at me, I lean in RL but not in the game and if I'm scared or something is coming at me I also close my eyes at times and usually die(this also applies to while Iim hiding and there is an enemy nearby) I do whisper while stealth as well
