looks like Nintendo got a 360 controller, swapped the right stick with the 4 buttons in different alphabetical order and then painted it black.

If MS sued I would not be surprised and I wouldn't blame them.

i suppose it is easier to power a controller for 80 hours than it is to power a graphically intensive backlit machine with constant wifi connection for 3 hours at a given price point
