Wikis for TV shows

I've been watching Battlestar Galatica and to begin with I would read over the specific wiki for each episode I watched to see any extra stuff that I had missed or to explain things I didn't understand however I ended up reading loads of spoilers my accident.Now I don't read wikis any more until I've finished the entire series.So fellow escapists do you read wikis while watching a series or do you wait till you've finished watching it.

i usually wiki shows i don't intend on actually watching, just out of curiosity.

I was watching Supernatural and completely forgot that Crowley was King of the Crossroads. It's good to help you get up to date, but be careful not to read too much into it.

Just prefer to be sure. In this case, I dont. I only use Wikia for games.

I do howver use Wikipedia for shows sometimes.
