8500 GT is cuttin' it close, babe. The game box (which I have in front of me) says the minimum is a GeForce 8800, recommended is a GTX 460 or Radeon HD 5850.

I can run Human Revolution just fine on my laptop that wasn't made for gaming. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to run it since those specs seem to be better than mine.
